Clean label is our strength: This product is guaranteed to be free of allergens, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, carrageenan and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as well as flavors, colors and sweeteners. Of course, all ingredients are tested for heavy metals and pesticides. According to legislation, we do not use raw materials that have been genetically modified (GMO), irradiated or treated with ethylene oxide.
APOrtha ® Tri-Magnesium Dicitrate Magnesium Capsules are magnesium salt of citric acid, an anhydrous, positively charged magnesium that is bound to negatively charged citrate in a ratio of 3:2. It contains more magnesium (15.7%) than normal, water-containing magnesium citrate (8–9%), has an alkaline reaction and is easily soluble in water.

General information on taking:
The maximum daily amount of magnesium in dietary supplements should not exceed 250 milligrams. This is what the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) recommends, taking new data into account. The reason for this is that increased magnesium intake, for example through dietary supplements, in addition to magnesium intake through a normal diet can lead to diarrhea. No diarrhea was noted when consuming up to 250 milligrams of magnesium per day (in addition to magnesium intake through the normal diet). In line with many experts, the BfR also recommends dividing the daily magnesium dosage into at least two portions.
APOrtha ® Magnesium Citrate is dosed in such a way that you can easily implement the recommendations of the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment regarding both daily dosage and portion size: taking one capsule twice a day is enough. However, you are of course free to adapt your magnesium dosage to your personal needs.
